HERO BOOSTS - COMPREHENSIVE TERMS OF SERVICE

By using Hero Boosts services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1. Lifetime: The term "lifetime" refers to the duration that we continue operating the service. We reserve the right to discontinue services at any time.
1.2. Products/Services: Includes Discord server boosts, Nitro subscriptions, tokens, members, and any other digital products offered through our platform.
2.1. Read Before Purchase: You must agree to these terms before making any transaction. Lack of awareness will not be accepted as an excuse for refunds or disputes.
2.2. Product Description Responsibility: All product information, Terms of Service, warranties, and other details are also included in the product description. You must read the product description carefully before making a purchase. If you did not read the product description and proceed with the purchase, it is not our fault or responsibility.
2.3. Know What You're Buying: Ensure you fully understand the product or service. Ask questions via our Telegram support before purchasing if needed..
3.1. No Transfer Policy: Once we boost your server, we cannot transfer the boosts to a different server. This includes subscription-based services like voice/chat members.
3.2. No Revoke Warranty: We will not be held responsible for any Nitro IDs/tokens getting terminated or revoked by Discord.
3.3. Anti-Raid Bots: We advise you to turn off any anti-raid bots before making a purchase. We will not replace any boosts if your anti-raid bot kicks the boosting accounts.
3.4. Account Kicks: We are not responsible for any accounts kicked during events that happen in your server and will not provide any refund or replacement.
3.5. Proof Limitations: We cannot provide proof if the ID is not in the server, got kicked, or was revoked, as the boost will be activated through tokens.
3.6. Wrong Server Information: We are not responsible for any issues arising from providing a wrong or invalid Discord server invite link. Always use permanent invite links with unlimited uses.
3.7. Discord Actions: If Discord revokes the Nitro tokens used for boosting, no replacement will be given.
4.1. Token Responsibility: We're not responsible if you use flagged or public tools. Please ensure you use a private tool and good proxies.
4.2. Verification Window: After purchasing, verify your tokens using a Nitro token checker within 5 minutes of receiving them.
4.3. Proof Requirements: If tokens are invalid or locked, we'll request proof in the form of an uncropped screenshot/video from a Nitro token checker taken within 5 minutes of receiving the tokens.
4.4. Changed Passwords: If tokens are invalid and passwords are changed, there will be no refunds or replacements..
4.5. Mail Provider : If the tokens' mail provider reuses/resells/changes the password/does some restore, there won’t be any issue from my side and the provider will handle it, so I won’t be able to do anything about it. That’s why no refund, no replacement. And please, after buying your token, also change your mail password.
5.1. Proof Required: Replacement of Nitro gift links is only possible when you provide a screen recording from the beginning as soon as we drop the Nitro gift link.
5.2. Recording Requirements: The recording must include before and after claiming the link, as well as going through your profile and the subscription page showing your credits, email, username, and account information.
5.3. Mass Revoke Waves: No refund/replacement if the Nitro gets revoked in a mass revoke wave by Discord.
6.1. Transaction Fees: When transferring any currency, you are responsible for covering the applicable transaction fees.
6.2. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once the payment is made. Once the transaction is processed, we only offer replacements under specific circumstances.
6.3. Refund Exceptions: If there is any issue on our end or there is a valid reason, then a refund can be provided, but it depends on our discretion whether we proceed or not.
6.4. All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final upon delivery.
7.1. Product Warranty: If a product or service does not have a specified warranty, it means there is no warranty.
7.2. Limitation of Liability: We do not take any responsibility for any damage caused by our products/services.
7.3. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee uninterrupted performance or compatibility with third-party software or systems.
7.4. Service Issues: If a tool becomes non-functional or is affected by external changes (e.g., Discord patches, third-party updates), no refunds will be issued.
8.1. Prohibited Uses: By using our services, you accept that you cannot use our service for any illegal, malicious, or unethical purposes.
8.2. Zero Tolerance SPAM Policy: We do not welcome people to use our service for any malicious purpose. You assume full responsibility for anything you're doing with our products/services after you purchase them.
8.3. No Illegal Activity: You will not engage in any illegal activity or promote unlawful behavior through our services.
8.4. No Automation Abuse: Using bots or automated methods to exploit our services is strictly forbidden.
9.1. No Personal Information: None of our products/services contain any kind of Personally Identifiable Information. All products/services are populated with random data that is not related to any existing person.
9.2. Data Collection: Personal data is only collected for support and delivery purposes. We do not share or sell user data.
10.1. Legally Obtained Products: All products/services made available through this website are obtained legally and through either manual or automated tools with publicly available proxy services.
10.2. No Stolen Products: We assure you that we do not sell products/services that are stolen, illegal, or obtained through compromise.
10.3. Compliance: Our operations comply with applicable digital commerce laws.

12.1. Contact First: If any issue arises with your order or service, please do not open a PayPal/Stripe/payment processor dispute. Contact us directly via Telegram first.
12.2. Dispute Policy: Filing a chargeback without contacting support first will result in permanent suspension and blacklisting.
12.3. Legal Action: Fraudulent disputes may result in legal escalation. We reserve the right to pursue civil claims for damages and recover legal costs.
12.4. Dispute Window: Any disputes must be raised within 30 days of purchase.

19.3. Third-Party Services: We are not liable for downtime, software conflicts, or incompatibility with third-party tools.
20.1. Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of our products/services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products/services.
20.2. No Indirect Damages: Hero Boosts is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages from using our services.
